From its very establishment, an important part of the BINA program has involved presenting the contemporary regional and international the architectural scene in Belgrade, as well as promoting local creativity abroad. Over the past few years, BINA has actively participated in European international cooperation projects. This greatly contributed to the increased mobility of the authors, and to the strengthening of the network of cooperation between organizations, institutions, and individuals who are, in the broadest sense, engaged in conceiving and creating ideas in the field of city development, as well as urban, architectural, and related disciplines.
After the highly successful two-year project entitled "Unfinished Modernization: Between Utopia and Pragmatism" (2012), which dealt with the major tendencies and achievements of the development of built environment in the countries of the former socialist Yugoslavia, BINA has managed to build the BINA (Scandinavian) Pavilion from the project called "Knock on Wood", with the support from the Nordic Culture Fund (2014).
BINA was registered on the map of Europe as a participant of two international EU Creative Europe projects:
FUTURE ARCHITECTURE PLATFORM (FAP), as a model platform that is dedicated to the development and phenomena in architecture that promotes the ideas of young authors (2016-2017; 2017-2021) http://
SHARED CITIES: CREATIVE MOMENTUM (SCCM), which has an exceptional theme that encourages and promotes the development of cities (2016-2020) https://www.
