BINA selected the expert team Park Guardians through public calls at the end of 2016. This teamwill be developing their collaborative projects with the community in order to improvethe neighbourhood common space in the urban block next to Mileševska str. 42, with architectural, urban, artistic and design interventions.
Preparations for the project URBAN HUB commenced in March 2017 after the selection of the expert team. The project of collaboration with the community on improving the common space will begin in May 2017 during BINA 2017. It will start with two workshops organized by partner organizations Mindspace from Budapest and Kunstrepublic from Berlin. It will continue for the following 6 months. After implementation of the project, the expert team will be processing and preparing the project documentation. This documentation will be published and exhibited at BINA 2018, and then at other SCCM events.
The theme of conference will be the answers to the following questions: How are the aspetcs of sharing present in my work? Has my work influenced any changes in my city? Is there any similar pattern among my work and work of other partners? What should be the impact of SCCM project?
Studio is a visiting program SCCM project on the subject of Urban Design, Faculty of Art and Design, with the main aim of developing ideas on the abandoned location in Belgrade in the work of students, teachers and assistants by establishing a platform of exchange, sharing of knowledge and ideas of all concerned citizens.
SCCM is a four-year cultural program launched by 7 partners from Central and South-Eastern Europe - Berlin, Prague, Bratislava, Katowice, Warsaw, Budapest and Belgrade.
