ALCA was founded in 1998 as a family-owned Czech company. It is now the largest sanitary technology manufacturer in Central and Eastern Europe and, with a strong emphasis on ecological production and sustainability, produces more than 1000 types of products, such as WC systems, flush plates, showers and outdoor drains. Since 2023, it has been a member of the Association of Czech Industrial Design. ALCA has won several design awards for its products, including the Red Dot Design Award, the iF Design Award and Design Plus.
