Engaging in architecture is a long-term process, which lasts as long as the architect has energy, talent, knowledge, integrity, and patience. Certainly, common sense thinking as well.
After last year’s interesting architectural promenade led by the architect Lazar Kuzmanov— when he was walking the streets of Novi Sad with the colleagues from BINA, discussing the buildings he designed — it was about time for the first Belgrade retrospective exhibition of his architectural achievements.

The occasion for the exhibition was certainly the “Great Architecture Award for Lifetime Achievement” that he received from the Association of Architects of Serbia, but even more the fortune that as an architect, he managed to remain an ARCHITECT after 30 years of work, with all the qualities that the architectural profession proudly carries.

With the exhibition at the Association of Architects of Serbia, in the premises of the Union of Engineers and Technicians of Serbia in 7 Kneza Miloša Street, on the beautiful terrace on the third floor, his perennial desire to return his fellow architects to their building near Pionirski park was realized, at the same time highlighting the need of the architectural guild for the most honest dedication to their profession. The exhibition is merely an occasion that allows architects to once again feel a sense of unity in expressing the idea and need for professional gathering, that is, the formation of the Chamber of Architects of Serbia and the improvement of architecture in Serbia.
