The BINA walk in Belgrade aims to connect the architecture of four buildings created by VNA winners and begins with a tour and a story about the reconstruction and adaptation of the Yugoslav Drama Theater in Kralja Milana Street (1997-2003) by Zoran Radojičić and Dejan Miljković. Revealing the layers of the previous authors, the reconstruction of the building resulted in a new monumental space that improved this part of the city of Belgrade.
The next topic is the ANEX office building (2007-2010), ul. Resavska 23, by Goran Vojvodić and Aleksandar Hrnjez (1949-2008), which is characterized by a successful urban interpolation with the composition of elements that contribute to the connection of old and new facades, respecting the proportions, aesthetic values and the materialization of the main facade.
By walking you can reach the modern residential and business complex B2 on Terazijska terrace (2004-2008), which was decided by the prize in the competition and later elaboration of the project by the architects Slobodan Rajović, Zoran Nikezić and Vasilij Milunović in Balkanska Street, next to the Hotel Moskva. The creator of the architectural and urban concept was the architect Nikola Dobrović, who proposed a modernist solution connecting the Terazijska terrace to the Sava river bank. The architectural walk ends with a tour of TC Rajićeva (1999-2017), authors: Milan (1939-2024) and Vladimir Lojanica, who won an award at the competition and created an urban block in the historical core of Belgrade between Knez Mihailova, Uzun Mirkova, Kralja Petra and Tadeus Košćuški streets, from the time of the Romans when Belgrade was Singidunum (3rd and 4th century), as well as artifacts from other periods, mostly built in the second half of the 19th century.
