ReUse in Practice: The Transformation of Lozionica
This presentation offers a brief insight into the transformation of Lozionica as an example of a contemporary approach to industrial heritage. Through a short introduction to the context and key design decisions, the focus is placed on the relationship between the existing structure and new functional and spatial requirements.
The central part of the presentation consists of video testimonials from the project’s authors AKVS studio and interior designers INKA studio and MAPA architects, who share their perspectives on the challenges and approaches involved in working on this type of intervention.
