BINA is a part of the European architectural family. BINA stimulates mobility of authors and exchange of programs, knowledge and experience. We have many domestic and international exhibitions, conferences, lectures and workshops behind us. This year, the realization of the program within the framework of the European architectural platform of LINA continues. The “Urban Oases” project is also continuing.

BINA Seminar

ARCHITECTS/DESIGNERS/PRACTITIONERS is a series of lectures and presentations for professionals. During the seminar, ideas and information from the field of design, use of new and innovative materials and products are exchanged. This year, the seminar is held in the Palace of Science.

Architecture has the power to control space. It can enable its exploitation as a resource, carve it into usable surfaces and exploit the goods created from raw materials extracted from the earth’s surface. These products, however, carry a definite expiration date. Once they are no longer deemed useful, the vast majority are discarded and replaced by new upon new volumes constructed from freshly extracted and processed raw materials. New construction occupies and exploits increasing areas of previously unused space.

International exhibition HOUSING 21
The international exhibition of contemporary housing STANOVANjE – HOUSING 21, organized by the Housing Department of the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Architecture in Niš, Urban Planning Cluster within the BINA event, is being presented to fans of residential architecture for the fourth time this year.
International open call for architectural projects dealing with the climate crisis
LINA, the European architecture platform, of which the Belgrade International Architecture Week – BINA is also a member, has opened a competition for architectural projects that deal with the connections between architecture and the climate and environmental crisis, and the deadline is September 12th. .
